- Majority of orchard workers are H-2A; 
- Bishop Tyson has taken a active stance on Migrant Ministry; 
- Migrant workers are witnesses to be listened to; 
- Farmworkers are a historical strength; 
- Farmworkers feel abandoned by the church; 
- Contact & listening to farmworkers is the most important service; 
- Education and formation at all levels;
